Sugbo Shield (“we,” “us”) is an insurance advisory practice based in Cebu, Philippines, led by Edgar Mendoza. This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it.

When you use the Coverage Finder or Contact form, we may collect:

• Name, company, position, phone number, and email address
• Business type, number of employees, and coverage interests
• Preferred call time and any notes you choose to share
• Technical data such as approximate time of submission (for our records)

We do not ask for payment card details on this website.

Why we collect it

We use your information to:

• Respond to your inquiry and arrange a call
• Match services to the needs you described
• Keep a record of website leads in our business systems
• Send a short acknowledgement email after you submit a form

We process this information based on your consent (when you tick the form checkbox) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.

Who we share it with

Your inquiry is received by Sugbo Shield (Edgar Mendoza and authorized team members). We may share relevant details with insurer or HMO partners only when you ask us to seek quotations or proceed with placement—and only as needed for that purpose.

We use Google Workspace (Gmail and Google Sheets) to store and process lead information. Those services are provided under Google’s terms and privacy practices.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to follow up and for ordinary business and legal record-keeping. You may ask us to update or delete your contact details where the law allows.

Your rights

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information submitted through this site, including use of encrypted connections (HTTPS) once the site is live and access limited to authorized accounts.
